I can't even remember what kept me awake which is so annoying ,
I think my cat gets more sleep than me .

Yes. Me all the time hence why I'm up at 6am lol I try to take a low dose of melatonin 2 hours before bed. No more than 3mg.
Is that a natural supplement ?
As I have tried kalms before and didn't feel they helped
I'm not a good sleeper on a good day
Yes it is a natural supplement. I'm always funny about taking pills, but it does help me.

Think I'll read up on it as I can't remember last time I had decent sleep , I'm often drinking cuppas at 3 or 4 in the morning , it's catching up with me I feel so drained .

My mind wanders and I can't control my crying as the music is very deep and emotional like me .
Also I feel like I have an alter ego that is trying to stop me from having negative thoughts but failing miserably . As anxiety always wins for me at the moment .
Just be very careful with meditation I meditated once and nearly felt myself leave my body (astral projection) a lot of people will dub this and say thats total bullshit you cant leave your body blah blah blah but i know what i felt i saw myself sitting next to me on my left and i knew i was sitting still and just focused on my breathing ot was an AWESOME experience but it freaked me the hell out.. the other thing is that i never knew if it worked or not.. i never knew what i should feel so do some research a ton of it and then just be safe during it

I am doing everything in small steps to see if I can just be more relaxed .
I'm normally someone who doesn't sit still for 5 minutes .
I can be very restless even when on holiday .
Sitting still doesn't come naturally to me
I have adhd so i know the feeling i recently ruined my relationship with my fiance and i cant get over myself im lost
My hubby has no patience and I know I am driving him mad , it's hard to explain to him but I know I won't get better overnight like he thinks I will .
This is where I'm glad I joined this support group as we can talk freely without being judged.

I have no friends and that is my own reasoning.. i push people away i lushed my fiance away but hopefully when i get the hell i need she will come back..

How do you wake up if you've had no sleep. Anyway, 100 mg of a natural supplement called Magnesium glycinate 1 hour before bed to start should give you a restful night and a calm morning too.
Careful with supplements like this there are olentt of slep aids out there but you can over do anything so read up on everything you take side effects and everything before taking anythig who knows what happens with one pill or one supplement idk thats just me..
I know plenty about Magnesium and have taken it for a very long time to know it's effects and benefits. Thanks for the heads-up.

Sure, but it isn't a sleep aid it's a mineral. Also you take it everyday in your diet along with potassium, calcium etc.
