Im a thin boy but my main concern is that I can see my heart beat very clearly . When I put a hand over there I can feel blood coming and ventricles contracting this makes me feel so uneasy . By the way I have no structural heart problems ( confirmed by docs ) what scares me is that any slight trauma on my chest willake my heart stop.
It is most visible from left side between the 3 & 4 rib . I feel really uncomfortable while taking my pulse.

I used to be able to see mine sometimes until I grew out a bit.
I think I know what your talking about, do you feel like your heart is pounding in your chest? Because I've experienced that many times and when it is poinding in my chest I can see that my shirt also moves to the beat of that makes sense. It usually happens when I'm slightly panicked or anxious
Maybe you are able to see it because you have a strong healthy heart.
I have never seen someones heartbeat through their shirts but mine can be seen like little jumps when I wear a tight shirt

Yes whenever I think about it , it gets worse

It feels like a constant reminder of some problem from which I cant escape!😨
You can escape it, you need to get up and do something else every time it kicks in. I managed it. You can make this go away!
I fear any strenous physical activity as I think I will get breathless and induce a panic attack
Getting breathless with strenuous activity is natural. You Def have anxiety, you need to learn to distract yourself from it.

It is anxiety try some breathing exercises it really helps to slow the heart down and relax and it will calm you down to.
Deep breaths make my anxiety worse!
OK try to do some meditation sit down put your hands on your knees and close your eyes and think of a happy time a think about this and how happy you felt etc.
I am a 57-year-old thin woman. I have always been thin. I can see my pulse in my neck, chest, foot and I can also feel my heart beat when my arm is down against the side of my body. If you have been to the Dr. and your ok, try to relax and if it bothers change positions or try doing something like reading to take your mind off your thoughts.
