I have headache for almost 8 months. Not everyday, and only about 5secs headache but yes, I have it. Im struggling with OCD too. U r ok! Its not something serious. Just a symptom of anxiety. When this started, I had pretty bad headache but not anymore. U will be fine
Headaches are a common symptom of anxiety, but I don't used to have it. Few weeks ago started. I'm dealing with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic for a few years now, so I always assume that my pains are from anxiety, but as no one should just disconsider a strong/diferent headache, I did a CT and everything is okay...You should go to your doctor and talk about your simptoms, get a physical examination. This pressure can be for anxiety, can be for sinusitis, TMD, so many commom and totaly tratable things, try don't go think in the worse. In my case the pain and pressure are from temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
I have had the CT scan, all blood work and CT scan is normal..the doc told me it was anxiety but for some reason no one can explain why anxiety causes this pressure in our heads lol
My doc said that the anxiety makes the muscles contract to much, and this leads to a stress response mode. I used to feel this (the muscle tension) in my arm and neck, and also around my chest. Now I constalitly feel this around my head... I guess anxiety likes playing pranks with us, when we are getting used to the way she acts in our body, she likes to change things a lit bit.
Ah, sorry for my english, isn't my idioma. I'm a brazilan.
