And what is considered very high

suggest you take a look at the PAS forum

are you supplementing B12 at all.

There are two units of measure that are used for tests and they come with a range.

If your results are above the quoted range then they are likely to be high.

Some people naturally have high levels without supplementing.

My level reading was 897 but I have read others who were in the thousands

So altho high not horribly bad I guess

Seeing my dr tomorrow

All other blood results were fine

I do take vitamin b12 along with a multi vitamin which also has

Soooooo I'm thinking perhaps I should stop will def ask my dr tomorrow

All was fine at doctors no reason for concern

Oh the life of a female and hormones lol
