Hi,

I’ve been experiencing some sensations please if you can relate, comment.

Does anyone experience these kind of sensations ?

- feeling like your on an elevator while standing still or doing general tasks

- feeling like the ground is bouncing back at you when you walk

- walking on a boat that goes over waves

- feeling like your standing still on a trampoline and someone is walking around the trampoline while you are standing still

-heavy head pressure

- happens throughout the day

These kind of feeling makes me uncomfortable.

Fluffycatx, I can relate to all the symptoms above that you are experiencing.

The only difference is that they are all in the past now. Each one disappeared

as my anxiety lowered. I wish that for you as well xx

Hi! That’s great news that your symptoms went away. The thing is that I seem to experience these symptoms even when I don’t feel anxiety and I feel fine so this is why it bothers me x

Fluffycatx, I know what you are saying in that you don't have to be in the throws

of anxiety to continue to feel the symptoms. You can feel that you are totally at calm

when in reality there are always low levels of adrenaline waiting to peak at a thought,

a sound or a fleeting memory. The subconscious mind does not forget and keeps

replaying what we want so much to escape. 24/7...even while sleeping.

Until you put that fire out completely it will continue to spark up when you least expect

it. Anxiety does not go away on it's own without some work from us. A pill may subdue it for a while but the ember is still there. We need to find the root of the cause.

We need to find other methods that work for us. Acceptance is the key. Accepting that

these are anxiety symptoms and nothing more. However we must believe in that. We can't allow "but what ifs" to take over our negative thoughts.

The body is so intricately connected to the mind, that what you think is what you will get is more than true. I use meditation and deep breathing each and every day. I live

in the moment the best I can. (Mindfulness) I use self hypnosis along with relaxation

videos several times a day. Nothing worth while comes without some work. I breathe

my way into each and every day. When waking up, on the forum, driving, shopping, relaxing as well as before bed.

It will lessen as you lessen your fears. Continue using the forum as a support spring

board. We have all been where you are at one time. There is strength in numbers and

we all will get through this one day at a time. Wishing you Peace & Calm :) xx

Eventually, it will pass. This is a chemical imbalance in your body caused by your anxiety. When you get busy with life, the symptoms will slowly lesson over time.

Have you tried a motion sickness pill like meclizine or bonine?

Maybe they might help with the off balance feeling.

Aside from your anxiety; have you hsd your inner ears checked? Maybe you have an equilibrium issue?

Idk, I'm not a dr. but just wanted to throw out a suggestion.

Hope you find some relief.
