Hi Rebeccah12, First let's focus on the fact that you gave it a couple tries. Give yourself credit for that. Never deny the small steps you take. The next time it may work for you. If you are going to get mad or upset with anyone make it the Anxiety Bully. He is in your mind controlling your thoughts and making you think that you are unable to do these things.

Getting teary eyed or actually crying can help reduce some of the frustration and stress that builds up. Try to not fight the anxiety, it only drains you and you really don't get anywhere. Learn to accept anxiety for what it is. A negative thought in your mind. It is not real in that it only makes you think that you cannot achieve your goal but in all reality you can. The power you have is stronger and capable of winning. Listen to songs that may motivate you.

Rachel Platton has 2 that I listen to frequently. The Fight Song and Stand By You...they are on YouTube.. On a more quieter note is Meditation & Deep Breathing also on YouTube Good Luck! x

Everyone that's ever struggled with anxiety goes threw this feel like walking threw the shop door will trigger the end of the world or some thing equally as horrible baby steps get your confidence back and don't beat your self up if you can't do it tomorrow's another day
