Hyperawareness ocd

I have hyperawareness ocd of my eye movements especially when I look straight or turn my head . It doesn't feel quite right though everything is ok . I am on medication but at times it goes totally out of control . Please guide me if some supplements helped or anything else that helped , my anxiety is sky rocketing
