Hey everyone I been trying to deal with this on my own but has anxiety ever caused your back to hurt and mouth to become dry? Like I'm trying to learn how to deal with the symptoms of anyone has any ideas let me know and also has anyone ever experience chest pain and shortness of breath just by standing just trying to make sure I'm not the only one! Anxiety can manifest in SOOOOO many ways for different people, it's almost as like any bodily function known to man can be a symptom! I, myself, have absolutely had issues with dry mouth and with muscle pain/tightness (mostly my shoulders and my head). So... **drum roll**... you are not the only one!! Also, chest pain and shortness of breath are very common side effects of both anxiety and panic attacks.

In regards to how to deal with anxiety, there are many, many, many techniques that can be used based on the frequency and severity of what you're feeling. Speaking with a Dr. and getting a physical check-up is probably the best place to start, as they can rule out any "physical" reasons why you might be having issues with anxiety (vitamin deficiencies, thyroid problems, etc.), and they can also give you a multitude of lifestyle changes to try and see if there is a simple fix. Beyond talking with a doctor, you might want to see if there is someone else you can talk to (aka therapist) about how you've been feeling. The more good information you can get, the better!!
