Healthy Diet - no high sugar products, no caffeine, no alcohol, no fruit juice, no skipping meals, yes to lots of water, fruit, veggies and protein

Counseling - determining which life events may have caused my anxiety

Exercise - walk 30 min to 1 hr daily or every other day

Vitamins - discovering what my deficiencies are

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - change the way I think and react to the world; thinking, feeling and being positive; set S.M.A.R.T. goals

Forgiveness of Self - allow ups and downs or set backs; allow time to heal

Adequate Sleep

Saying NO - putting myself first; empowering myself; letting go of toxic people

Self-help Book - DARE by Barry McDonagh

This may seem like a lot, but start with one at a time and be optimistic at healing yourself!

Anxiety is like anything you do. The more effort you put in to something the better the outcome. Not an overnight cure, will be a lot of iOS and downs but all you have mentioned does have an impact. CBT, gym 3 times a week and a healthy diet works for me but still having set backs. Keep fighting guys

I still have set backs too, but they are becoming less frequent and more tolerable.
