heart flutters so scared and faint

does anyone else get heart flatters? like your heart beats twice in one and sometimes skips a beat, i can feel it in my chest and stomac when it happens, sometimes it flatters for like 15 seconds straight. its really getting me down ive been to the hositpal about it all tests came back fine apparantly its a lot to do with my anxity but the doc wants me to have a 24/hour heart monitor. does anyone else get this???? i also get these every morning when i wake up and all throughout the day, its really getting to me now. i was also walking home last night and i felt really faint, like i was going to die, my heart started racing and fluttering bad. i can hardly type this i feel so nervous. i woke up this morning feeling so sick. someone please help

Yes I get them really bad too. I know it's anxiety as I have had it off and on for years and years.

I am waiting for a 24 hour heart monitor from doctors as I am having an operation soon and they need to double check. I am worse when I am resting and like you I wake up with them.

My doctor said the more I concentrate on them the longer they will last. Hope this helps put your mind at rest.

thank you, its just like i felt really faint yesterday like i wasnt incontrol of my body and that i was gonna pass out then my heart was pounding so fast and i had constant heart flutters. idk what to do

I have this to mate do u get a squeezing sensation when they happen? they're so horrible but like you if u have been checked be assured.. how old are you? do you get any other symptoms?

yes around my stomac, ive been checked but its the feeling like im gonna faith is whats scaring me now
