I was thinking about it and talking with my therapist. This is the main cause of all my anxiety. I get chest pain from it which I misinterpreted as heart issues. I get breathless and upper back pain which I thought was my heart. I feel sick after food. I can't get deep breaths. My mouths always dry and more recently when I walk anywhere it bubbles up and I physically can't get a breath I haft to stop. It's a joke I'm 23!! My Nose is also constantly blocked with it & the tablets I take seem to make it worse. I cant win I'm getting so fed up. I want my life back! I just wanna be back to the old me, always up & down and happy! It's ridiculous how many problems a stomach can cause!!

Of course I don't know what's wrong with your stomache?

But me personally I've done it and got through major anxiety panic attacks and panic disorder for 38 years with no Medes at all as my belief is the often just add petrol to the already fire ?

I think you need to relearn how to breath for a start !!!

Look up breathing techniques and start with one called rebirthing breathing technique as I think it will really help you heaps ?

Oh and you will get your life back 100 percent I promise you that .

I get this the chest pains are horrible most of the tume like evry minute I have to take a deep breath I don't get the satisfaction anymore tho its like my breathing gets cut off this is incredibly common with anxirty ive had these symptoms 7 months had a CT scan on lungs all was perfect as for the chest pains nearly everyone with anxiety has chest pain
