Heart flutters?

Anyone else get heart fluttering feeling in chest that takes their breath away for a second... it is driving me nuts...is it indication that there is something wrong with my heart?

There are times when it feels like my heart is leaping out of chest and then are times feel like it is skipping a beat. I normally due some breathing techniques that calm my heart normally. Good Luck!!

I get that too don't worry and it really scared me so I got my heart checked which gave me more reassurance it was nothing... Anxiety creates weird sensations

Yes I get the same flutter along with palpitations! Oh what fun! I've tried some breathing and meditation that seems to help some. Hugs!!!

I get those skipped beats ... And like a hard beat or like my heart stops n goes feeling awful .... Xoxox

I get these really often. Its super scary. It is caused by anxiety and stress though not an actual problem with the heart. Calming yourself down will definetaly help and excersizing throughout the week will help tremendously in ridding you of stress.
