Can forcing yourself to have a wee when you don't feel the need to go cause a tiny amount of clear urine to come out, when urine is normally a lot darker?

Of course it's okay Farleigh. Why force the issue? Your bladder will let you know when you have to urinate. Another automatic function of the human body. If you feel you're not urinating enough during the day try drinking more water, you may be dehydrated.

How dark is it normally? Too dark a color of urine usually means your not drinking enough water

Your urine is supposed to be clear. It is only yellowed because most people don't drink enough water. So it is clear... it sounds like you are getting the fluids you need.
