Headaches, tiredness , eyes feel low , can't seem to face reality?

Is this all anxiety!? , I have Heath anxiety since I was 13 or younger . For the past week I knew my anxiety triggered hard when I got my stitches removed and the nurse ripped them out instead of snipping them off ( short story ) my scar opened up and got infected, so that's when my anxiety got worse and I've been so worried about the infection not getting better , my head has been feeling like it's heavy & ive been feeling so tired even if I sleep for 9 hours! , I thought it was oversleeping but it's not because the other day I got my self up early just too see if that would help . I can't seem to stop my self thinking of bad things about my own Heath , I got pills from my doctor but I'm so scared of the side effects , has one else felt this way ? Is this something else or all anxiety and really over thinking making my self tired ?? 😪

Unfortunately it's part of having an anxiety disorder . I can't give you the best advice but I can try the best I can . Don't dwell on it too much because the more our minds are fixated on it the worse it gets . You have to tell yourself that you feel this way because of your anxiety and you'll get through it . Distracting your mind is the best way

Thank you for the feed back , I've been trying my best to keep telling my self this is just in my head thinking wrong and its anxiety, Googling stuff isn't helping its triggers it a lot

Do you have any hobbies? Maybe getting involved in something can help .

@briannafaye1 girl I feel ya pain! I don't have a child like u do, so for that reason alone I'm sure it's even harder for you cause u want to be strong for your baby. Keep in mind you HAVE to take care of yourself, and put yourself as a priority so that u will be able to take the best care of your baby! I experience and have experienced some of the same symptoms as you...the overwhelming tiredness, just not wanting to do anything, even the heavy head and eye thing. One thing that I just recently changed (cause I NEEDED this to get better) I started taking some natural supplements, and started working out/jogging or running. Getting some type of exercise throughout the day will do u so good, and it will be hard at first cause your body is going to resist you doing this since your always so exhausted. But I promise the long term effects are worth it, and long term exercising will help u have more energy!

Here for you girl! ❤️

Thank you so much for the reply ! , no one close to me really knows about anxiety of anything so it makes me feel like I'm alone or something's always wrong with me & I always overthink on everything , that's why I'm thinking why my head hurts so much is because I'm thinking too much and my eyes hurt and feel low , but trying to always keep my self busy & try not to think of the symptoms because it always brings me down

I must say that I came to a point where I just didn't care about taking the pills (very scared of them). I just wanted to feel better. I was put on a benzo and although I was a bit sleepy for a while that was a whole lot better than the other feelings. I'm not a pill advocate at all but they work for me. xxx
