Does anyone get anxiety over their chest so easily. I'm a male and my chest hair and my sun burnt chest makes me feel so anxious. Either that or it's actually something wrong with heart

I get anxious when my nose is stuffed because I been getting those breathless sensations and that's hard for me to deal with. Anxiety is very known to make u anxious over something very small and because u feel anxious u think there must be something wrong. It's tricky.

You should try scheduling worry periods (they do this in therapy). Pick a time in the day where you do nothing but worry. Not before you go to bed though, some time around 5 or 6. Do it in a place you don't go to often or pay attention to in your house or somewhere else. Worry ur ass off then. Keep doing it every day for like a week to see if it did anything for you. When you find yourself worrying out of the worry period time, tell yourself you will save it when the worry period comes. Some People find they forget what they worried about when the worry period comes and worry much less. Even if you forget, do the worry period for a week.

I had a bad headache that started last well, it comes and goes like a burning sensation in my head, the last cpl days i been feeling depressed, I dealt with depression years ago, its the same feelings and sorry to say but its not going away! Thanks for listening it does help to talk to others that are going through the same thing!

Oh sorry I got confused. I'm always confused with this illness. Wish I could believe it was this illness though and not my heart actually failing

Np dear, i know im having a rough time cant get into my family doctor till next Tuesday ugh.... I need meds i think or at least someone to talk too my fiance doesnt quiet understand i feel like a big cloyd over my head if u need to chat im hear too listen Thanks
