Very tired a lot which is not good for my anxiety think my thyroid playing up I could not get out my bed for half a day I was real low last night and relapses with selfharm a little x

Nothing worse than a lack of sleep and yes it makes are anxiety play up but sounds like you need to rest as much as you can

Have you got a support system round you ? someone you could talk to maybe when you are feeling this low

I hope you are getting some support with your anxiety and please be careful with the self harming , you know deep down it is not the answer even though at that moment you feel it is but any wounds always make sure you keep clean and maybe let a doctor take a look to

I am sure there is a thyroid Community on here that if you are not already a member I will pop you the link on that will take you straight to the Community they could maybe help you more with dealing with the thyroid problems you have while we can try and support you with the anxiety
