They look a bit like underpants or perhaps a bathing suit, at least the bottom part.

However, there is a black bit on the top left which suggests that you can close it, possibly making it a toilet bag.

well my mum has something similar and hers is a dusting mit but in my head i want them to be bath knicers, and really midget rug or a toilet lid cover for a really odd shaped loo!!!!
