How did you get them to stop? I have been living terrified since they started.

After 2 weeks of suffering and not being able to get out of bed my husband took me to the doctors. He put me of Zoloft and then I started seeing a phycologist and psychiatrist. I had to come off the Zoloft because it wasn't helping. Honestly I still feel like they coming especially with this damn Dp/Dr but block them from become severe panic with the tunnel vision and all. You have to try your best to block it. Or entertain yourself right away once you feel it. Call someone. Go in a quite room and breath!!!

Thank you for responding. Its so scary. I really try to keep myself distracted, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Trust me I know it is hard but try your best. Also get out the house. Force yourself to do stuff. Even if you feel panic. Trick your brain into thinking you like that feeling so it will eventually stop. I became so disoriented when that was happening to me. It was like a fog was covering my brain. I thought I was losing my mind. Then got stuck with the hell im in now. You have to change the way you are thinking. you can't let fear of fear control you. I'm actually trying take my own advice.
