I had mine in October and I haven't been the same either. It's so scary. I'm only 18 and I'm living like this😩

Hi Matilda10c, I would feel a little apprehensive fearing it might come back. Muscles tight, dry mouth, worn out like I did manual labor and afraid to do the same thing again that prompted the panic attack.
