Out of control
Hello
You know when we get anxious even though we don't realize it we are tensing our muscles usually in the upper part of our body , then when we relax they hurt because they have been tense so long
When you are feeling ok and not aching , just hold your arms out , make a fist with your hands and squeeze as tight as you can till you feel all your muscles tensing , take note of how that feels and then slowly let your hands relax and your arms so you can see the difference from how the muscles feel when tense
You suffer with health anxiety ? it always wants to tell us the worse thing possible and that is how it keeps control , try doing some meditation , having relaxing baths to distress and relax yourself , you will be fine
If it will make you feel better have a word with your Doctor as I am sure they will give you the all clear but it might help you and give you peace of mind
Take Care x
Yeah I've spoken to the doctors they said it's muscular but it keeps changing and moving the pain I mean. It's so annoying. It's constant aching
We have muscles all over so it will keep moving and the more you focus on it the more tense you will become and so will the muscles and the pain that comes with it
Trust your Doctors , they have no reason to lie to you they know what they are doing they have trained years to become a Doctor
If you can find something that works for you to help you relax you will start to manage this and then it will ease x
Baths do help with tense muscles for sure
