Chest discomfort please some one help chest is so sore making me panic

Hello I get a pretty similar thing to this I'm 22 and I exercise regularly and eat pretty well and I've seen a few different doctors over the course of 5 years since getting this and it's all linked to my anxiety stuff I've had multiple tests and I'm oerfectly fine but I still get these strange symptoms, I'm sure you are absolutely alright my friend

I'm 27 and have been suffering from anxiety and panic for 10 years now. I've had ecgs, blood work, holter monitor, and stress echo. Everything always came back normal and fine! If you have seen your doctor in the past year and they have given you a clean bill of health then it is more than likely anxiety related. I even ended up in the ER last Halloween because of mine. Remember one thing, the more you think and worry and panic about the symptoms the worse they get. I KNOW first hand how awful they can be, but the more fear the more you feed the symptoms. Try to relax and regain some type of calmness and peace.

Thankyou so much for this am the same had loads of test bloods heart monitors heart scan ecgs but still can't seem to control it I have health anxiety more than anything and when I get a pain in chest or something I think it's my heart I always feel dizzy as well do you have this it scares me so much I just want to enjoy life with my fiancé and children but can't shake this off and am ment to be going out for a few drink with friend and family but it's scaring me that something will happen x

How long have you been dealing with these exact feelings? I do get dizzy at times but it is usually very rare. I've been doing a lot better since getting the tests done on me. Anytime I feel something weird in my chest or my heart rate I just tell myself that the doctors who are experts have said I'm fine and to trust in them. I am also religious and I pray daily, which I can say has helped me in the past a ton and also this time around.
