Feeling good today!

Anyone else felt good today! I think sometimes it feels weird to feel normal😀x

Just wanted to say Thank You for your comment about it feeling WEIRD to feel "normal"... about the only thing that actually made me smile today...

I started on only 10 mg of Celexa (Citalopram) on April 1st and even though the Dr. DID warn me 'things could get worse' for a week or so... I'm beginning to wonder about that "or so" part ... My mornings are horrid with anxiety except for the few mornings when I feel just sort of numb.... I have started and quit at least 4 SSRI's...and I really want to give this one a chance... but if things don't show ANY improvement soon I feel like I will completely lose my mind. My evenings aren't bad, they are pretty 'ok'... I have difficulty, eye=wise, reading so I watch MANY movies and that's a diversion... thankfully I feel peaceful when I go to bed and have been sleeping better.

Its WONDERFUL that you feel better today! :D Hooray for you!! I hope you have many more 'weird and good days!' :) till it comes 'common.' Take the best of care!

I feel the same having restarted Fluoxetine beginning of April, I feel worse than ever. Hope it passes!

I don't really get anxiety any more, i learned how to control it and now i always feel good, but i do understand what you are saying, i used to feel odd when i had a good day and it made me want it more often, made me more eager to feel good everyday.

Glad you are having a good day hopefully it will become a habit for you.

What did you learn to do to control your anxiety. Overall I am so much better but still have a physical anxiety responce to stresses that don't actually warrant it and driving.

I learned to not pay attention to it, i kept myself busy and fit, always occupied my mind with things and exercised, ate a healthy diet. I just didn't give it time to get hold when it kicked off, now it doesn't bother me at all.
