So, my doctor wants me to have some allergy testing done with reference to my palps. Because I have no true cardiac issue causing them, he thinks it may be attributed to food and environmental allergies. When he had me logging my palps for several days, I did not log what I was eating as well, I would just note "ate dinner". Anyone else have this idea from a doc? My father said he had this in his 40 and it was attributed to food allergies which he still has. Thanks everyone and I hope you all have a good day. xo

What a wise doctor! I know I'm late replying but I've had palps during tree pollen season here in UK. Doc didn't have a clue but I read about tachycardia and histamine-we have receptors in our hearts. How did your allergy testing go? Please update .. sorry for late reply.
