It started again as soon as I got up, bad tension everywhere, weak legs, palps, internal trembling, and whoozie head , tried to relax on sofa but even that didn't work, all symptoms carried on, so ended up walking around the house which seem to make matters worse. Now have come to bed as had enough for one day. have done nothing but cry all day long, I am so fed up with it all, I wonder sometimes if it will ever get easier, or is my life going to be this bad most days . Anyway enough about my day, how is everybody, I hope you have had a better day.

Hi Bonnie
Sorry things havnt been so good
You have had some really positive days this week though
I no then when we have bad ones , we can forget the good ones & feel this will never go away , but it will , it takes time , , but I see so much improvement in you
Thank you whywhy, how are you today? I hope better and still looking forward to your trip. also the doc told me to take the new meds in two doses , that being a 37.5 venlafaxine in the morning and 37.5 at night, well I haven't been doing that I have been just taking the one at night, and that alone has made things a lot worse again and very tired, I would rather just take the 75mg at night and not split like that. A very long time ago I was given these meds to try and it was to take one 75mg at night, however I never at that time opened the packet, so I cant see why I cant do the 75mg at night.
I woke up really low too. Just could not see the point of going on. The strength of these feelings really scares me. In the end I escaped out of the house and sat in the cafe at the local supermarket, reading my book. It worked. I did feel better.
I don't have an answer, love.
We just keep walking on, hoping that one day the tide will turn in our favour.
With regard to the meds I would either go back to your doctor or arrange a phone consultation to discuss your dosage and how you can take them. You need more reassurance and guidance than you've been given.
Thank you Lizard, that is what we do very much so, just keep walking on, you gave me an idea in your reply, the going to a café and taking a book to read, I have been going to a café that is in a garden centre, it has tables and chairs outside under brollies, and all the flowers are around, along with the loos which is a bonus. I may do that in the morning, go and have a drink and take my book with me. Thank you lizard . I hope you get up better tomorrow as well and have a really good day.
It is as its in a garden centre, going to try that tomorrow, will let you no, going to have ago at going on my own instead of my daughter coming with me .

Hi Bonnie, I'm wondering if 75 mg is too much for your body at night. It might help you during the day if you do spread it out. I really hope to Oreos is going to be a better day for you
Thank you winter for your reply, im not taking 75mg at night only a 37.5. Doc did tell me to do this in the morning as well but I have not done it as yet, I think I will take the 37.5 in the morning as well as at night, I haven't done this as it seemed strange to me to do a antidepressant in a split dose. I hope you are good winter, and getting that cake business of the ground

I've just read my message back and I don't know if that was Freudian slip of my typing but Oreos was meant to say tomorrow! Lol.
Do try it I've just switched from taking one at night to one in the morning and one at night because I am still anxious and panicky all the time. Although today I've not been too bad! famous last words xxx
shhhhhh tomorrow will be good for both of us, we tell our selves that it will be. I am going to try morning and evening tomorrow and see what happens .
