Hi Ivy

No, you cannot die from anxiety. It is a natural bodily response designed to protect you from danger which has got a little trigger happy, that is all. When you feel anxious, it is easy to build up fears about things that, ordinarily, wouldn't particularly bother you very much and get tricked into fearing whatever it is you may be thinking about. Anxiety is just excessive adrenalin being pumped around the body in preparation to run, fight or hide from whatever it is that is frightening you and completely, utterly, harmless. Thrill seekers would pay good money to experience the same "rush" anxiety sufferers feel a lot of the time!

Anxiety and depression can 1000000% kill you in any way! However depression can give you suicidal thoughts, (which if you get or have) you need to get in touch with a professional ASAP. But simply having anxiety and panic attacks will not harm you. It very well may feel like it will harm you depending on your symptoms from it. But they will NOT kill or harm you!
