Weird panic attack

Help! Has anybody else had a panic attack where they feel massive pressure in there head, dizziness and dry mouth? I'm so scared I'm going to have a seizure or something!

Hey I had a real big panic I was sitting at my desk at work and I got this sudden pressure feeling from my toes tommy head and it felt like something went bang in my head. I got so scared got up and felt dizzy like I was going to pass out. This is turn led

To a panic attack that lasted 45 mins I was so scared. It was a panic attack but 10xs worse.

Scxpio, your symptoms could be allergies or side effects of any meds you may be taking . See your doc to rule out physical problem.

I get panic attacks from time to time as well, the last also started with an odd pressure feeling in my face. Thankfully I was at home and I could take control of it, even so I felt scared and anxious for the rest of the day afterwards and had to keep reminding myself that I'm not physically ill (had been to the Dr two days before who said there wasn't anything wrong with me).

Yep it's a panic attack . Symptoms can change all the time , mine do .

This is always what happens to me, i was really scared as you always hear panic attacks are feeling like you cant breath i dont really get this just a overwhelming feeling i am going to die
