Weird feelings

Today I was walking downstairs. Started to feel my heartbeat in my back, then my back began to hurt, my right arms began Hurting and now my teeth are all hurting on the right side, really worried. My back in the centre is killing me

I have back pain all over, I know it's tension, but I focus on it and then it begins to feel weird. I have started to get cross with it.

My brother made me laugh trying to help me. He said do a William Wallace on it all and keep shouting " Freedom!"
