In bed and it starts aniexty sweating bad thoughts feeling like you are going to lose control l know it's the withdrawel but how long will this go on four l have been on lmg now for 2months now just taken 1mg of diazapam at night before bed but every night this happens when l go,to bed so,tired but this always,happens l do the relaxing technics and eventually l just fall,asleep exhausted does anyone else going through this

I used to be like that sometimes I started to read books in bed and it took my mind off the anxiety and helped me to sleep.
