Arms and shoulders

Anyone else get the feeling that both upper arms are burning and shoulders are sore. Dizzy head. I've had terrible acid reflux for days and today wa seeally nauseasus I was concerned it was my heart (yet again) but the arms started and still hurt! Sending me into a panic again! Anyone else had this? Constant forced burping/gagging feeling sick arms and shoulder burning

i get these burning ache feelings in both arms and yes does freak me out aswell. I was told i have acid reflux aswell as i get these burning sensations in my lower part of sternum and under left breast...it hurts so bad that sometimes i cant focus..i have lower back pains these days aswell...i also get pains in my ears just randomly...
