Morning all...
This is annoying me now my arms and hands going numb and hands tingling. And sometimes arms burning. Iv been to docs and she did a few things and couldn't find any thing wrong.. has anyone else had this. Is it just my anxiety letting me no it's still there? Thanks Gemma
Hey I put a post up about my hands yesterday I think of the day before.. My hands feel like they don't work (weak/shaky) especially in the mornings 😁 I've convinced my self I have motor neurone so in going doctors at 10:50! Will let you know x

Yay gr8. It's horrible isn't it. I'm at docs in morning for lots of thing I lost a lot of wight when this all started finally putting it back on but ever niggle and pain is making me worry my boobs hurt and quote painful iv felt and checked myself. But my mum dief 4 years ago due to cancer breast and cervical I'm. So scared it's gonna happen to me. She was only 51. So I'm gonna go and get a full check up. Even just to put my own mind at rest. I'm sick of been.like this
Hi, I've had this problem as well for years. Had tests done and it was shown I have carpal tunnel syndrome. Doctors wanted to do surgery but I didn't want to go that route. So I live with it. Pins and needles, tingling, hands go to sleep and sometimes arms get weak. But....I'm able to do the things I have to and it just seems to go away the less I think about it. I have decided that I am so darn anxious everyday that my muscles are tensing even when relaxing so of course I'm getting symptoms.
Talking on the phone puts me in painful tightness and spasms of my hands.
It is annoying but I make do. wishing you well.
