Chest pain

chest pain everytime i touch my left side of my chest should i go to the hospital ? but i been to the hospital say am fine and heart docter said am fine and strong but why i feel these pains it starting to worry me because when the chest pains come aswell i feel the tingling on my feet after like something going to happen or something .😩

Hey man have you looked into costochondritis it could be from muscle overuse/injury And perhaps the tingling feet could be from anxiety when you worry about the chest pains

Just a thought but if you are still worried then see your doctor

if you've gone to see professionals and they've said you're okay, believe them. don't freak yourself out too much over it as it can make it worse. I used to have the same, found out it was due to my anxiety and just chest wall pain! very common. It's called costochondritis, you can get it from poor posture, not enough exercise or muscle injury.

Yeah sometimes it just hard to believe because i never experince this all of sudden now i have this like idk what to do anymore

yes i know, i had the same problem. But mine just went away on its own! especially when I started to not worry about it so much!

Hopefully it goes away because it started with smoking weed so idk been like this for three months like i said after i had a panick attack and was going crazy it continue to feel this way

well doing such things could definitely be a cause and will not help if it's continued.

Aww I hope your OK. I can relate to the tingling in feet. I have had severe chest pains and spasms for aslong as I can remember. I've never been to the hospital but the doctors have said to me at my local gp that it's to do with the anxiety. Are you on any medication? Best wishes Jo-Anne

Yeah i have severe chest pains i feel it everyday for some reason it comes and goes it just seems wierd to me and when the pain comes i think something is going to happen
