Sometimes anxiety symptoms last a while and even longer. It repeats itself. And when that symptom ends, usually anxiety or depression starts up another new one. Vicious cycle man... you can get through this..😁
I did in the pass this one is got me for a while my friend thanks
I know the feeling
Hi
Do you suffer from anxiety, if so that could be the cause.
Very best wishes.
Kim

I get this alot,i need to relax chest muscles im obsessed with my heart it sucks 😕
Yes me two same way every time some thing happens it’s in my chest
don't mean to be incompassionate but sounds like anxiety 101.
Same thing for me.. I finally got to something interesting though, while our pain may not be the same, I read that it could be a vitamin d deficiency. This could cause achey joints, depression and anxiety.
I was 23 when my anxiety kicked in full force, am 33 now. Was watching tv and had just gotten a new iPhone 3 haha (my first smartphone). Had my left arm propped up and noticed after a bit that my left arm was tingling. Whipped out my new phone and googled “left arm tingling”. First result on google stated to get the ER that it could be an impending heart attack. So I popped straight up and started getting tunnel vision and extremely anxious and thought oh crap I’m having a heart attack! Went to the ER and they didn’t do a single test, just said I was fine. After that I spiraled, started googling everything I ever felt, constantly checked my pulse etc. started getting skipped beats and always thought the worst. I stopped playing basketball cause I was scared my heart would stop. Would go to bed convinced I wouldn’t wake up the next morning. Started taking baby aspirin as a preventative just in case. It was always on my mind that my heart could stop at any second. I lost SO MANY years that could’ve been enjoyed to that fear. 10 years later and I’m still alive and my heart is just fine. I still get fearful at times and my anxiety has turned me into a full fledged hypochondriac. My advice is to not get caught in the cycle. Easier said than done I know. You’ve had the tests and your heart was fine. Don’t get caught in the “what if’s”. You are now hyper aware of your heart and will notice everything. Anxiety can cause ALOT of sensations. Don’t let it rob you.
I’ve had this since March. Only thing which eases it is lying down. Was told it’s Costochondritis
It could be that you've strained a muscle or cartilidge between the ribs.
Perhaps your anxiety is exacerbating the symptoms as well.
Do some self care, maybe an icy hot rub or a heating pad. Try to relax and breathe.
Your test indicate it's not immediately serious so take comfort in that.
Lastly, try do something pleasant and diatracting. A crossword puzzle, or a crafty project. Whatever it is that you enjoy.
Keep it simple, just do it to relax and distract.
I get in my car and drive; sometimes in the wee hours if necessary.
I listen to music (and chain smoke lol). And a couple tokes of cannabis helps take the edge off. If you can get cbd oil, maybe try that.
Hope you feel better soon.
