Sick of the falling dropping sensations

My head feels spaced out today I'm a bit depressed today I get this quick sensations of falling dropping sensations like I'm going to faint if I didn't have these feelings I'd feel amazing 😓😓😓😓 four years of this shit is enough I just want to cry

Yes they all say anxiety and panic disorder
