Mirtazapine back pain and bladder

Anyone have a bad experience with Mirtazapine? After 4 days I couldn’t handle being a zombie so I stopped. Week later I had uti symptoms and major lower and upper back pain. This has been going on for about a month. None of my urine test have been negative for a uti. But yet I went through 3 courses of antibiotics. I have read some similar experiences but I want to know will it get better in time. My anxiety has been through the roof. I already have lupus and RA.

Thanks I hope so too. I guess some medications aren’t meant for everyone.

Yes, every tablet has some sort of side effects, but if you read the leaflet about most medication we wouldn't even want to take them, they come with a list of complaints if you read it, and then paranoia could easily set in, perhaps the dosage isn't right for you, but you could feel less of the " effects " as time goes on I wish you well over the coming weeks 👍

Does your Dr think your back pain and UTI symptoms are related to your use of mirtazapine?. Upper back pain is usually not associated with a UTI..?
