Hi try breathing exercises. You’ll get some on YouTube. I find them very calming .

I do yoga meditation, affirmations, breathing exercises,walking and eating healthy.

What helped me was learning that panic/anxiety is a paradox and the more you fight, deny or struggle with it the more it persists so learning to not believe your anxious thoughts and tolerating your anxious feelings is the key. I found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful.

I agree time with nature or just a walk will can help clear the mind. It works for me
