I'm feeling so low at the moment, I get palpitations all the time, get dizzy spells and funny vision, my faith is low too as even going out local to the shops I feel odd and strange. I just want God to take this away. I cry daily and pray for help. :(

have faith you will be normal...... bt dont pay attention to it. you can play games chat with friends. trust me at first i could not even talk for long and wasted alot of cash on check ups and lab tests.

all the symptomps are on the video also feel like taking deep breaths.... when you keep it out of focus it goes away. I was sweating at night to an exetent thinking a was asthmatic. My doctor encourages me not to do any further tests am fine. You will be soon.

Praying for you, so you know it's just anxieties getting to you and that you are healthy. Claim your health and fight the anxiety, you got this!💪

I like that; claim your health and fight the anxiety

If you get heart palpitations and dizziness, you are probably breathing too fast and need to focus on slowing your breathing down. If this fast breathing keeps happening you are too anxious and need to have a GP check you out to rule out any other problem besides anxiety. If you have no other health problems but anxiety, you need medication from your GP or a psychiatrist for the anxiety. The crying sounds like you may also be depressed so report that, too. Anxiety and depression often occur together.

Thanks it's usually after food but some times can last all day for no reson too even when not anxious, I've had every test going and they've still no idea, I had to give up my career of 10 years which upsets me as I loved it xx

BonnieSue• in reply toAmanda77

So what will you do now? You have anxiety and sound depressed. Will you get evaluated for those problems?

I don't agree to medication, I pray and read alot, plus write songs and play the ukulele I'm a house wife too x

BonnieSue• in reply toAmanda77

I see. I pray and read a lot, too. I run my household since my husband died last year. What is your objection to medication?

Amanda77 profile image
Amanda77• in reply toBonnieSue

It's chemical based and get bad side effects, Iprefer herbal treatments, I'm very sorry for your loss and pray for comfort for you x

BonnieSue profile image
BonnieSue• in reply toAmanda77

Thank you for your kind thoughts. I understand your sentiments about herbal treatments. I wouldn't be able to function without the chemicals I have to take. I test them in order to take the least amount possible which has caused me misery several times in this last year alone, but at least I know I'm taking the lowest doses possible and that I really need what I'm taking. I've been able to reduce or eliminate several drugs since my husband's death and I like that.

I feel it everywhere also. Especially when I lay down. Then I have a palpation when I stare at it too long.

I am treating chronic Lyme disease. But I don't know if that is the cause or something else? I'm also looking into the forward curvature of my neck. I am constantly dizzy all day, every day. I also have intense head pressure which gets worse when I lay down flat on my stomach or back or bend down or bend over to pick something up off the floor. I also get very lightheaded in grocery stores.

Hi LuzB..I'm 50yrs old and I suffered from panic and anxiety for over 23 years..still do on occasion. What you feel is normal. As crazy as that sounds. Our bodies go into overdrive when we panic or just have a constant amount of anxiety that lives within you. Just breathe, maybe put on your fav music, zen works for me really well. Nice hot bubble bath, whatever you feel comfortable with. It will pass. You have tons of support in this group. I wish you all the luck. Just remember, you ARE bigger than the anxiety. Dont let it win. Hugs to you dear! 💗
