I've noticed that some days I feel off or anxious when it's a beautiful day out. Like warm and sunny days and I don't know why. Am I alone in this
Hope you're having a good day

I have that happen is well. I think it's because it makes us want to go outside and enjoy it
If you're experiencing anxiety disorder it means that you've been generating too much fear and stress hormones and they have made your nerves over sensitive.
A nice sunny day lifts the spirits and may bring some relief but it isn't going to desensitise your nervous system so the problem remains.
Only by giving your nerves a long break from fear will they completely recover. You can do this with meds, therapy and/or following the methods in a good self help book written by someone who knows what they're talking about.
nmp, sometimes brighter days can seem over stimulating to our over anxious, sensitized senses. I went through a phase like this. Everything seemed much more 'heightend', if that makes sense? Rest assured that this is just your anxiety tricking you once again. It's amazing the tricks it can play on us, isn't it? I hope this helps!☺
I tend to feel “too exposed” on sunny warm days. I like the jackets and rain which hides me.
Heat makes me sick. I can get an anxiety attack, seemingly out of the blue when I am out in full sun and warm temperatures. Some people are like that. Gotta accept it and go do something else.
I do bad on rainy, grey days though there are so many things that unsettle me. I think the opportunity of me relaxing makes me uptight because I fear I won't be able to enjoy it fully.
