Hi my name is Chris 21 years old and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to over come workout anixety. I used to be really active into working out until I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder a few years ago and I really want to get back into working out so bad but everytime I give a shot I have a panic attack either durning or afterwards it sucks! Now I have been medical cleared also I've had multiple EKGs blood test chest x-rays and my doctor has even listen to my heart and said that it sounds beautiful but he sent me for an echo and all was normal and great oh yeah also a 30 day event monitor which was normal too.
