Driving the car and all of a sudden palpitations pain in me arm tight head and cold sweats could barely see ... never been so scared can n e one relate I wasn't even anxious r n e thing

Hi xogemxo, I know what a terrifying experience that can be. I had that happen to me several times in the past but only 1 time when I was driving. Somehow, someway, I pulled into a parking lot, shut the car and literally emotionally and physically collapsed. I was shaking. NEVER continue driving like that. It is dangerous not only to you but others on the road. It sounds like an intense Panic Attack. Much more encompassing than an anxiety attack. Stay in the car, taking sips of water and if you have some medication on you to calm you, take that and wait for 20 minutes until you feel more in control.

Calling someone who can talk you through this also helps. It was probably an isolated incident and will never happen again. It is one of the biggest reasons I use deep breathing while driving. The slow inhalation and long exhalations keep me at a calm. I'm glad you are safe. Take it easy today. You will be okay.

Hi Zai Zai I went a couple of weeks ago and Dr said it was fine

So it means u r fine then. Maybe it was a panic attack. Relax and think positive. Exercise, whenever you have something in your heart or mind that is disturbing you, voice it out share it. You'll feel much better.
