Anxiety: I'm so bad right now I don't know... - Anxiety Support
Anxiety
Praying for you. I've been there. Find a psychiatrist that can help you ASAP.
I have a psychiatrist and take meds but I'm afraid of the anxiety and that makes it worse.
These symptoms will not harm you....yes they are very very scary and completely overwhelming....but it's your body trying to protect you from a danger that doesn't exist....your fear is feeding you with thoughts and so your body is reacting by preparing itself for "fight or flight" you won't come to any physical harm....It's just scary that's all...your not alone with this...I can promise you that there are many many fellow sufferers feeling the very same symptoms and fears...just try and remind yourself of this and try to allow time to pass...these feelings always subside at some point xxx
You are not alone. God bless you. 😇😚you have our support. ☺I know it can be hard, but keep the hope alive...there is always hope and it will get better. I feel your pain...
Breath slowly and try to stay calm I know it's hard Ive been there and struggle and fight against it everyday. This too shall pass. Take care...things will get better.
...this too shall pass. 😏🤗Amen. 😇😚
But I'm afraid of the anxiety that's why it's getting worse. I do have a psychiatrist and take meds
By no means am I a medical practitioner, perhaps short-term use of a benzodiazepine alongside some counseling might be of great use. I am 42 now and pretty much have been in an anxious state for approximately 16 years. I beg of you, if you are young or if this is something new please except the fact that it is anxiety/depression. It's funny how the two go hand-in-hand. And by all means if you feel the need to go to the emergency room to put your mind at ease I would recommend doing so.
Take care my friend, except it, don't fight it.
My problem is I'm scared of the anxiety and depression. I've been taking klonopin for 31/2 years. I'm scared I won't get better.
