Nope. Perfectly normal for most of us. We are with ya! Do not worry. Have some faith. 🙄🤗😇Us anxiety and panic sufferers have these fears too, very common...what I am learning is to keep calm and stay positive the best you can. We will get better, just takes time and patience, practice, and most of all faith.

I bet it is hard for you seeing your little one get sick, but think of him and don't show him your fear. Be brave FOR him and in front of him. So he won't grow up being scared of everything like us. Find some time for you alone like when he is napping or away, and cry it out, talk to God...anything you need to do, it helps. Keep the faith. There is hope.

You can handle this...just keep calm. I know you can do this, especially wanting to protect your beautiful son...keep peace in your mind the best you can. You are not alone. 😇

You are under stress and your body is reacting. If you have EVER been able to calm yourself for any a minute or two then you can eventually teach yourself to be calm for always. Do you exercise? If you feel the jitters, get your awesome son outside and walk with him. Count the leaves or your footsteps together. It WILL help dissolve the fear. Believe in God and that he has your back. He does.
