Today my anxiety took. Turn please help today I cut myself and I can't stop crying because of it I'm scared and I feel like I'm going to throw up and I can't stop shaking idk why I did it and I don't want to again idk if I should tell my mom idk what to do plz help

T123, How bad are you bleeding and where did you cut? You must tell your mother. If the cut is deep enough, she may need to take you in for stitches. This is a serious issue. Let us know how you are right now. x
