Right now I feel really bloated and I feel pressure in my right side I'm scared and can't stay calm idk what to do plz someone answer

T123, depending where the pressure is makes a difference but usually when accompanied by a bloated feeling, it is nothing more than a gas bubble. When anxious, we tend to swallow more air whether we are eating or just sitting around.

Sorry for the delay. I was going over your posts. I didn't realize you have IBS which can contribute to what you are feeling. Do you have any medication for your IBS problems? There is nothing to fear. You know that IBS does and can give that bloated feeling as well as pressure. Think of it as the intestine contracting a little from your anxiety and stress. By getting scared it gets more spasmodic. The best thing you can do is to try some relaxation techniques and breathe slowly to calm your mind and body. If you have medication to take, that might help you. Of course, always call your doctor if it is something different that you are experiencing.

Hello x I can related to that x a I get bloated and feel like thete something wrong with the left side of my stomache x but I suffer with IBS as well x but some times hard to pass wind x

very un comfortable but it all goes wirh the anxiety x x

you sound like you have bad gas. Lie down and massage your stomach area have some hot tea, watch a funny movie. Getting upset just makes it worse . It's happened to all of us and we survived ;)

Wondering if you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)...it goes along with stress and anxiety.

Take deep breaths in thru your nose out they your mouth if u feel bloated try drinking seltzer just try to say to yourself it's gonna be ok anxiety excuse my French F off anxiety keep doing the breathing exercise feel better 👌👍

Lay down, rub your tummy for as long as possible. It's probably just trapped wind, that can be so painful 💐
