Last night I was really tired but I had this rushing feeling in my head. My heart felt like it was jumping all over the place but when I checked it, it was beating quite slowly. I had panic attack feelings but not full blown panic. This hasn't happened for a long time but it has freaked me out now about my heart and head. Does anyone else have these feelings when they should be relaxed? My head feels duzzy and scattered today. It's hard not to think it's something other than anxiety.
