Does any one else get this? I was stupid and Google it... I think that just made it worse. It's mostly my lips nose and eyes..

I get it in my eyes and sometimes mouth too, its just the over sensitized nerves response to the anxiety/panic, there'll be lots of adrenaline rushing around your body, don't worry its common, your ok and its normal with anxiety, try not to consult dr google, he's not able to examine you, he just makes you feel worse x

Thank you I feel better about it. It's just been a horrible day for my anxiety iv had back to back attacks all day..

I can relate to you, no doubt many of us can here on this forum, just try and relax. Your ok, bloody anxiety/panic really sucks :-)

Hello, I get this on my right eye.

I guess its a symptom of Anxiety.

I hate it, happens more when I start panicking.
