I have been experiencing eye twitching on my right upper lid for the past 3-4 weeks now. I would say that it occurs a couple times per day.

Usually eye twitching is a sign of lack of sleep which I think you have expressed in the past the you have trouble sleeping so nothing to worry about :)

true. tonight my teacher mentioned it can be a type of seizure though.

Everyone gets twitchy eyelids, me included.

When I had a really bad and stressful time a few years ago I developed a bad twitch in my left eyelid. It went away as the stress subsided.

That eye twitching and other parts that may twitch is a sign your low on magnesium. It's vital for our bodies and because we don't produce it it can give us so many symptoms and illnesses like anxiety and depression. Youtube search and Google search it. It might shock you to find that alot of your illness is due to magnesium deficiency
