Usually that is due to lack of potassium, so eat a banana. No joke.

Hi, don’t worry about it , it may take a few days to go .. I get when I’m tired or stressing.. you’ll be fine .. I just a bit annoying.

Lack of sleep and stress are major causes of the twitching. Get some rest, eat plenty of potassium rich foods like spinach, potatoes and bananas and it should go away within a couple of days.

LM92 is right...stress and fatigue are the main causes. It'll go away on it's own in a couple days.
