I have suffered with depression/anxiety for the last 13 yrs. I have good times and bad times. Just when I think my life is getting back on track I end up in a bad way again.

I have been off work on long term sick. My employer has been really supportive. I need to go back to work tho I'm not sure I'm ready.

Financially I am screwed, I don't earn enough to get sickpay.

Try to push through and go to work, it actually works as a therapy keeping your mind busy an interacting with others
