I know this is just anxiety, but sometimes I get this just sick feeling -I can't describe it- but I feel like I'm about to pass out and I feel so sick at the same time. Does anybody else get this?
I've been real good lately but today I had this feeling three times
I get that sometimes. Especially, when my stress levels are higher then usual. And, even though I know it's just anxiety...it's so scary and frustrating.
When I feel like I have a bug or feel ill in myself it always comes with anxiety!!! The flu has to be the worst thing! I get all panicked and my heart starts to increase in rate ! And I feel sick and faint like butterflies in my stomach! It's so hard to keep telling yourself that it's always anxiety. Because I know that sometimes I begin to convince myself that "omg maybe it isn't anxiety what then" and go into more panic. Try not to worry. Everyone on here probably has felt this feeling before ! Know you aren't alone x
Yes, I had that feeling the other day. It started as a hot flash, then nausea and panic. The good news? It passes quickly! Try eating something as it often helps that feeling to go away.
Yes I get this especially when I go out and I am out my " comfort zone" as they call it, Have you tried rescue remedy pastilles I do find they help sometimes.
I have had this daily and it's anxiety. The lightheadedness like I'm going to pass out is terrible and some days so bad I can't go anywhere. But I went to the hospital and they prescribed Acimax and within hours I started feeling so much better and have continued to get better. The nausea has settled down heaps and the lightheadedness still comes and goes daily but no where near as bad as it was.
Oh yeah... It happens to me sometimes... Anxiety can do a number on ya, even though their harmless, they can scare the shit out of you...when you start feeling faint, try eating a small spoon of peanut butter and drink a glass of Orange juice with it... It may sound weird, but my mother told me to do this year's ago, and it works every time
I went off a long time medication last Nov/16 once the main withdrawal symptoms lessened I developed constant nausea.....I never vomited, but the nausea was horrible. At times I felt weak and dizzy. I know it was my anxiety/panic disorder doing this. Now, it has improved some but I still have a day here and there. It causes more anxiety which they say causes the nausea. I was put on domperidone to help with digestion (much weigh loss), stemetil, medicinal marijuana which is given to chemo patients for nausea and another med was tried that is given to chemo patients....nothing really helped. I struggled through one day at a time, never leaving the house for 4 months. Take the good days and enjoy them, tell yourself they will multiply! Don't give up!
Thank you all for your time and responses. I really do appreciate it!
It's over thinking, negative thinking. It happened to me for a year. Specially, in meetings, lunch with people or crowded places, where I thought I would embarrass myself. I read a book about anxiety and I feel 95% better. I learned how to block or avoid it. Positive thinking it's the key.
