Why do I feel sick

Why do I feel sick everyday??? I'm only 24yrs old . I think it's my anxiety. I hate it worst feeling ever . I just try to sleep it away I never use to be like this

What sort of sick do you feel? I find that if I wake up late and am rushing around I get a nauseous feeling in my stomach and the back of my throat. I also think this is partly anxiety related. It causes headaches too.

Yes I feel sick in my stomach and feel it in my throat . I had a few beers yesterday and I got dizzy as hell almost feel over . That happened for the first time

Personally I'd say avoid alcohol when feeling anxious. I like an occasional cigarette but have to sit down after one as it makes me all light headed
